Star Dome Golf Club

A great place to have a round of golf with your friends.

Stardome entranceStar Dome Golf Club opened in mid 2007 and is the only golf club which has the perfect blend of standard golf course facilities and the beautiful scenery of Doi Suthep, combined with being located in the center of the city makes Star Dome a great place to have a round of golf with your friends in the middle of town, the most suitable golf course for you and your family, a new style golf course to meet the needs for all players.

For golfers who are not in favor of the strong sunlight, Star Dome Golf Club offers night time golf with the use of international standard daylight light bulbs which have the same quality light as natural sunlight and are providing an accurate calculation for light density and quality.

You can make use of a big driving range (96 drive lanes) on two floors with a length of 300 yards to practice your swing and improve your game before setting out to play a round.

Water hazards that can be quite challenging.

Stardome golf

The 9 hole golf course is a 3350-yard par 36 course with lots of water hazards that can be quite challenging, there are lakes alongside every hole so you have to have a pretty straight shot to hit the fairways, but the greens are fast, well maintained and very forgiving.

The normal rate for the caddies is a 100 Baht per round, but you can upgrade to more experienced and catwalk model looking caddies for 500 Baht to distract yourself more from your back-swing. There are several restaurants and shops, although most of them are golf orientated on the premises where non-players can relax and have something to eat or drink whilst their partners or friends are going around the course.

Amazingly Star Dome is still asking for different green fees for non-residents than for residents.

Green fees walk in:

  • 9 holes for non-residents: 700 Baht
  • 18 holes for non-residents: 1100 Baht
  • 9 holes for residents: 600 Baht
  • 18 holes for residents: 1000 Baht

Green fees for members guest:

  • 9 holes: 500 Baht
  • 18 holes: 800 Baht
